AHS Students Compete in State Quiz Bowl All-Stars
On Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Central High School in Little Rock, Sam Strasner and Connor Bottomley competed in the Junior High All Star Quiz Bowl Competition. Zane Newton competed in the Senior High All Star Quiz Bowl Competition. Zane placed in the top 40 students in the state. Coach Amy Slater stated, "These competitions are for the top 100 scorers in the state; it is an accomplishment to be able to compete."
