University of Arkansas Presentation to AHS JRS & SRS On October 17th, University of Arkansas Admissions Counselor Allie Taylor met with Acorn High School juniors and seniors interested in college majors offered at the Fayetteville campus. ORSD Spotlight on Alumni! Acorn High School Alumna, Madison Blair graduated in the Class of 2023 from the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain with an Associate of General Studies. Acorn Schools’ Host 2023 Harvest Festival On the evening of Friday, October 13th, Acorn Public Schools hosted the annual Harvest Festival event. The event is a tradition for Acorn Public Schools and held each fall on the Acorn campus to provide an engaging, fun, and celebratory experience for the whole family and community. Each grade level, from preschool to grade 12, hosts games or activities to raise money for grade level special projects as well as to enhance and enrich classroom experiences for students.
