Acorn FCCLA attended District VI Fall Leadership Meeting today in Jessieville. Lulu Quebedeaux & Kenzie Daniels were inducted in as District VI officers for the 2020-2021school year. District Star Events competitors found out how they placed.
Oden GT explored the physics of the energy of heat on solid matter
Acorn K thru 2nd Grade parents & students. The 1st K-2 practice will be Fri Dec 13 from 3:30-4:30 in the Mary Davis Gym. 1st games will be at 9:00 am on Saturday Dec 14 in the Mary Davis Gym - be early! Players must wear shoes that are not worn outside and a t-shirt and shorts.

The Oden PTO Santa Supper will be tomorrow, December 11th at 4:30-6:15. Santa will be available from 4:30-6:15. Supper will be served at 5. Anyone who would like to bring chili, soup or a dessert, please have your dish ready to serve by 5:00. Please stop by the raffle table and try to win some great Christmas gifts. Tickets are $1 or 7 for $5.
The Oden High School live Nativity will be tomorrow, December 11th at 7:00 in the gym.
Ms. Jackson’s FACS students recently took the ServSafe Food Handler exam. These students all earned their ServSafe Food Handler Certification. This is an industry certification that can help students if they choose to enter into the food service industry.
The AHS Choir and Mrs. Couch's Friday elementary students will be performing their Christmas Concert this Thursday night in the Mary Davis Gym at 7:30. These students need to wear clothes that are black and/or white. They need to meet in the Storm Shelter Music Room at 7:00 pm. Merry Christmas!

Oden Preschool students are learning about kindness during this Holiday season. They have discussed many ways "To Be Kind" and today their random act of kindness was picking up litter from the Oden Campus.
