AHS Students Tour the University of Arkansas
On Tuesday, November 8th, a group of Acorn High School juniors and seniors toured the University of Arkansas campus to learn about degrees and programs offered, university and foundation scholarship requirements and deadlines, and a variety of student organizations for opportunities for students to get involved in student life on campus. On the campus tour, students learned historical traditions of the university and viewed a host of college departments, library/media center, student union, dining hall and food court, and student centers for admissions and financial aid, just to name a few.
Thank you, University of Arkansas for a great tour and information to help prepare students for postsecondary education and training!
