Oden High School's Tieler Van Pelt and Shaelyn Starr are student ambassadors for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and they represented the Oden School and community well at the annual Chamber banquet. Tieler and Shaelyn will be working with Mount Ida and Caddo students to learn more about community involvement and economics.

Acorn Student Wins 1st Place Essay Contest
Acorn High School student Savannah Smith placed 1st in the Mena Elks Americanism Essay Contest. She was awarded a certificate and a $50 Wal-Mart gift card. Her essay will advance to the state competition.

The week of April 23 -25, 2024, the ATLAS Summative Assessments will be administered on the following dates by grade levels:

*Virtual students will be scheduled on different dates and will be contacted with the date and time for testing.

Oden Campus special announcement:
The Oden 6th -10th grades will be taking the ATLAS summative exam next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday(4/16, 4/17, 4/18). This is a very important test that our students take. Please make sure your child gets plenty of sleep, eats breakfast and is at school on time. We are excited to see our student's growth performance on this test!
