Today, in Mrs Lyle's FACS and Nutrition classes, Sergeant Soto gave a presentation on the nutritional content of MREs & the nutritional needs of a soldier. Students were able to prepare and sample a variety of meals & figure the total nutrition received from each one by soldiers in the field. The students really enjoyed sampling the different varieties.
