ORSD Class of 2020

The educational journey is a large part of each person's life.  The high school graduation celebration is a time of reflection for the challenges and moments of perseverance demonstrated throughout the process as well as a time of jubilation for successes and triumphs.

In light of the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, the Arkansas Department of Health, Governor Asa Hutchinson, and the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education,  graduation ceremonies for the ORSD Classes of 2020 had to be postponed.  The District plans to reschedule these ceremonies, but is currently awaiting more guidance from the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Arkansas Department of Health.

During the week of May 18th Acorn and Oden held Senior Recognitions to award diplomas to graduating seniors.  In the presence of their family and guests our Graduates received their diplomas from their principals, Mr. Dewayne Taylor and Mr. William Edwards.

Ouachita River School District is proud to present to you Senior Recognition videos created by Zeb Wilson.

Graduates, an 8x10 of you with your diploma is being printed for you.  We will have more information concerning that at a later date.  Each of you will receive a flash drive containing the photos taken by the photographer and the videos that we have shared of your class.  Acorn’s will be available Monday in Mr. Taylor’s office.  Oden graduates, please contact Mr. Edwards.

And now, please enjoy the videos and celebrate Ouachita River School District’s Classes of 2020!
